About me
As a survivor, protective parent, and advocate, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my work in trauma and coercive control recovery. This is not just my profession—it is my lived purpose.
I am the safe mirror that helps women see, name, and reclaim themselves—when they’ve been silenced, controlled, or disconnected from their truth.
I am a certified clinical and integrative somatic trauma therapy practitioner, litigation discovery and coercive control consultant, and coach. My work supports women in healing trauma, restoring self-trust, and reconnecting with their authentic identity.
Healing is not about “fixing” who you are. It is about gently uncovering what has been buried beneath survival, adaptation, and conditioning—and creating the internal safety needed to come back to yourself.
My Approach
I integrate somatic trauma therapy, neuroscience-informed modalities, and coaching to support both the body and mind in healing.
My work helps you:
understand trauma responses and relational patterns
regulate and stabilize the nervous system
reconnect with emotional clarity and inner awareness
rebuild boundaries, self-trust, and identity
move from survival patterns into intentional living
Healing is not linear, and it is not a life sentence. With the right support, change becomes not only possible—but sustainable.
My Background
My work is informed by extensive experience across both mental health and legal systems.
I have held roles in behavioral health as a social worker, behavior specialist, crisis intervention specialist, and director of deinstitutionalized independent living respite services. I later spent over 20 years in the legal field as a senior litigation paralegal and as a legal and financial operations, compliance, and risk analyst and investigator.
Sublime Life represents the integration of these two worlds—along with advanced training in complex trauma, coercive control, coaching through The Life Purpose Institute, and The Adult Chair® model.
My Focus
I specialize in complex trauma and coercive control recovery, and I am deeply committed to helping women understand the impact of these experiences on the nervous system, identity, and relationships.
My approach is integrative and may include:
somatic practices, neuroscience-informed techniques, experiential modalities, mindfulness, inner child and parts work, breathwork, EFT, meditation, intuitive awareness, and holistic tools for emotional regulation and healing.
If you feel like you have not been seen, heard, or understood in your healing journey, you are not alone.
This work is about creating the space, support, and clarity needed to reconnect with yourself—at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and sustainable.
