Therapeutic and/or Trauma Coaching
Therapeutic and/or Trauma Coaching is a professional partnership in which we work together to clarify areas that you would like to improve and work toward achieving your desired outcomes in those areas. Coaching is distinct from consulting in that I will help you come up with your own answers rather than advising. It is different from traditional talk therapy in that we will address any obstacles that keep you from achieving your goals and will be future focused, with some past work, the techniques I use will get to the root of the issue quickly.

Physical Symptoms
Headaches, dizziness, tightness in the body, chronic fatigue, muscle tension, sexual dysfunction, issues with menstrual cycle and infertility, involuntary shaking, digestion challenges, sleeping challenges, and constrictions around the breath (shortness of breath).

What kind of commitment do I need to make?
Every client jointly signs a commitment contract. I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans. Then I assist you with learning the work you need to do. I will also assign you self-work on your own when needed.
