Somatic Trauma Therapy. Parent Coach. Traditional Coach
Certified clinical and integrative somatic trauma therapy
and strategic traditional coaching
A safe space to recover. Reclaim your voice. Restore your truth. For women who are ready to see clearly, trust themselves, and reconnect with who they truly are.
Bridging the Gap Between Insight and Lasting Change
Traditional coaching is an effective partnership for identifying goals and improving life outcomes. However, for those navigating complex trauma, cognitive strategies often hit a biological ceiling. When the nervous system is stuck in a survival response, "thinking your way out" is insufficient.
My practice integrates Clinical Somatic Trauma Therapy with Strategic Coaching to support both the physiological and emotional roots of trauma while helping you create a grounded path forward.
Precision Methodology:
Somatic Regulation (Bottom-Up): We use neuroscientific and body-based modalities to stabilize the nervous system and release stored trauma. This moves you from survival mode into a state of safety, providing the physiological foundation necessary for growth.
Strategic Coaching (Top-Down): Once regulated, we apply traditional coaching to clarify your objectives, establish healthy boundaries, and implement actionable plans to live an authentic, fulfilled life.
Rapid Root Resolution: We bypass the "talk-therapy loop" to identify and resolve core obstacles quickly. Our focus is on achieving profound shifts without the risk of re-traumatization.
This integrated approach ensures that your recovery is balanced across mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to reclaim your integrity and sovereignty.
Sessions may incorporate: inquisitive and introspective questioning, neuroscientific & neurobiological techniques, somatic modalities, experiential modalities, holistic modalities including energy work (EFT, breathwork, sound, and intuition), The Adult Chair® model, coercive control awareness and recovery, meditation, mindfulness, spirituality, inner child, and parts work.
What You Can Experience Through This Work
This work supports you in reconnecting with yourself — emotionally, mentally, physically, and relationally — so you can move beyond survival patterns and into a more grounded, authentic way of living.
You may begin to notice:
a deeper sense of clarity and mental spaciousness
greater emotional regulation and nervous system steadiness
relief from chronic stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
a renewed sense of meaning, direction, and inner connection
the ability to recognize and shift long-standing relational patterns
healthier boundaries that feel natural rather than forced
increased capacity to make decisions aligned with your truth
a stronger sense of identity and self-trust
more ease in expressing emotions and communicating needs
a growing sense of hope, stability, and possibility
Over time, survival patterns begin to soften, allowing more capacity for presence, connection, and authentic expression.
The Deeper Shift
This work is not just about symptom relief.
It is about moving from:
survival → stability
reactivity → regulation
confusion → clarity
self-doubt → self-trust
disconnection → reconnection
So that you can begin to experience your life from a place of grounded awareness rather than survival adaptation.
The Intention of This Work
To support you in remembering who you are beneath trauma responses, conditioning, and protective patterns — so you can live with greater authenticity, agency, and inner coherence.
What trauma can feel and look like:
-
Physical Symptoms
Headaches, dizziness, tightness in the body, chronic fatigue, muscle tension, sexual dysfunction, issues with menstrual cycle and infertility, involuntary shaking, digestion challenges, chronic pain without an organic cause, sleeping challenges, constrictions around the breath (shortness of breath), and heightened sensory arousal.
Long Term abuse can lead to autoimmune disorders from high levels of adrenaline and cortisol, which cause inflammation in the body and inflammation causes dis-ease. Women are 80% of autoimmune disorder sufferers.
-
Emotional Symptoms
Numbness/inability to feel, fear, anxiety, panic, overwhelm, loss of choice, inability to recognize or process emotions, difficulty feeling comforted, anger, grief, and shame. These lead to feelings of helplessness, powerlessness, and groundlessness
-
Psychological Symptoms
Dissociation, mental rumination, low self-efficacy, catastrophic thinking, hypervigilance, negative self talk, self blame, compulsive behaviors, memory challenges, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and loss of interest in activities.
-
Relational/Social Symptoms
Isolation, loneliness, relational and attachment reenactments
